Larry Fitzgerald on his new contract, QB pay, fantasy football
Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald joined the show to talk about his new contract and the upcoming season.
Fitzgerald said he didn’t buy anything big when he signed his new deal. “I have everything I need,” Fitzgerald said. “I just want to win.”
Dan asked Fitzgerald if there was a player he learned from. Fitzgerald said that his video coordinators cut tape of all the top guys’ routes and he studies them every week.
Dan asked Fitzgerald if receivers deserve quarterback money. Fitzgerald said that QBs should probably get more than everyone else.
Fitzgerald said fantasy football is good for the NFL, but he did say that it annoys him when opposing fans say that they’re rooting against his team, but want him to score a touchdown.
