FIND A STATION Dan Patrick Show
Friday: Reggie Miller

CBS’ Phil Simms joined the show to talk about the Bears-Chargers game he called on Sunday and  much more.

Simms had very interesting comments on Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow: “He is throwing it better. His biggest problem is he’s more worried about throwing the interception than completing the pass. He’s neurotic bout making sure he doesn’t throw an interception.”

Simms said he didn’t see Jay Cutler’s injury and didn’t realize something was wrong. Simms said that there was one funny throw, but Cutler seemed to laugh it off. Simms said it’s a shame, because the Bears were looking dangerous.

Simms said right now the San Francisco 49ers are the second most dangerous team in the NFC. “This 49ers team is for real,” Simms said.
