Mike Florio weighs in on Saints’ bounties, race to draft QB Tannehill

Profootballtalk.com editor Mike Florio joined the show to talk about the big stories around the NFL.

— Florio said that the NFLPA should have never touched the possibility of criminal charges against players involved in the Saints’ bounty scandal. Florio said if anything, avoiding taxes could be the charge.

— Florio said Bill Parcells is hard to figure out — who knows, he could be leveraging ESPN for a raise.

— Florio said there is a chance quarterback Ryan Tannehill goes all the way up to No. 3. Florio said if the Browns want Tannehill at No. 4, they may be forced to move up because a team would swoop into No. 3 to get the Texas A&M signal-caller.

— Florio thinks that Trent Richardson is not quite an Adrian Peterson-level talent, and doesn’t merit a top-10 pick.
