Kenjon Barner talks about big game against USC, Oregon's offense

Oregon running back Kenjon Barner joined the show to talk about  his 321-yard performance against USC.

Barner said he’s seen some of the film, but hasn’t been able to put the game in perspective.

“It hasn’t really set in,” Barner said. “It was a tremendous accomplishment not only for myself, but for the team.”

Dan asked if the Trojans talked trash to him. He said they did even though they couldn’t stop him. He said they called him “traitor” – because he left California for Oregon.

“I wanted to move out of California anyway,” Barner said. “I wanted to get away from my parents.”

Dan asked if he ever knows when he’s going to get the ball. “Everything is a read so you never know,” Barner said.  Barner admitted he has tried to take the ball out of the quarterback’s hands once or twice.

Barner is a criminology major and said he wants to get involved in the FBI. He said that he loves shows like CSI and really gets into it.
