FIND A STATION Dan Patrick Show
Wednesday: Burt Reynolds
Wednesday: Gary Danielson

NFL Network host Rich Eisen joined the show to talk about the big storylines and preview tonight’s New Orleans-Atlanta matchup.

Eisen said it’s the time of year where the big story becomes coaching vacancies.

Gruden weighed in on Jon Gruden. “Whoever lures him, better have a quarterback,” Eisen said. Eisen noted that Gruden had interesting points during the Panthers’ MNF  game about how a spread offense can’t win a championship.

Eisen thinks that Gruden is enjoying his life — much like Rich’s cohort Steve Mariucci likes working in TV. Eisen did say Mariucci can’t help but get fired up before a game — it’s in his DNA.
