Kurt Warner not fazed by Saints talking about ending his career

NFL Network analyst Kurt Warner joined the show to help break down some of the big stories around the League.

Dan asked Warner about his presence in the BountyGate documentation. The transcripts said that the defenders talked about ending his career. “It really didn’t faze me all that much,” Warner said. “It’s been part of the inner workings of our League for a long time.”

Warner isn’t particularly upset about the Saints. “When I played them,” Warner said, “I didn’t think that they were trying to end my career.”

Warner weighed in on the MVP race. He said that he believes the team has to reach the playoffs for a player to get the award. Warner said he thinks it will come down to Tom Brady or Peyton Manning. But he’d actually give it to Adrian Peterson.
