Actor Brian Baumgartner joined the show to recap the episode of The Office when he went off in basketball.

Baumgartner talked about the episode. He said the producers saw him messing around and decided to try it out. Then he went to town: “One take … 13 in a row from about 15 feet. In a suit and jacket and a tie.” Baumgartner said that they didn’t have time to show the whole thing.

Baumgartner had interesting details about how his character became like this on the show. He said he originally didn’t talk. But they started writing for him and it went from there.

Baumgartner wouldn’t divulge how The Office ends, but he says they change TV history in the final set of episodes. He said the documentary crew starts to get revealed and it’s surprising.
