Stephen Curry talks about being in the zone against Knicks

Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry joined the show to talk about scoring 54 points in a loss to the Knicks at Madison Square Garden last night.

“I actually had a mediocre warm-up,” Curry said. “I just know we were undermanned. …. I knew I had to be aggressive all night.”

Curry said he’s been in a zone before but usually not that long. Dan pointed out that he was pulling up on breaks and hitting threes.

“Transition threes were big for me,” Curry said. “When I’m making those, I know it’s going to be a big night. Those are the toughest shots to hit.”

Curry said that it is special because it was at MSG, especially considering some of the greats who’ve had huge games on that stage.
