ESPN’s Darren Rovell joined the show to talk about his story on Johnny Manziel signing autographs for money.
Rovell said his sources didn’t see the money exchanged and that there’s no guarantee there’s enough there. “This is not a slam dunk for the NCAA,” Rovell said. “They don’t have subpoena power.”
Rovell said that Texas A&M heard from Manziel that he hadn’t been paid for autographs. But Rovell said that at least one NCAA investigator was on the ground looking into it.
