Giovani Bernard talks about rookie life in the NFL
Cincinnati Bengals running back Giovani Bernard (@G_Bernard25) joined the show to talk about his first season in the NFL.
Dan asked if any of the Packers talked at him during the game last Sunday. He said that B.J. Raji talked a lot. He said linebacker A.J. Hawk took some cheap shots, but he’s a good guy.
Bernard talked about driving a mini-van on Hard Knocks. He said it was fine, but he’s upgraded to a BMW M3. Dan asked if he has had to buy meals as a rookie. Bernard said that he’s had to buy a lot of meals and over $100 of candy at one point.
Bernard said that he was an exercise science major and hopes to some day work in a physical therapist office or as a strength coach.
