Rick Neuheisel says Manziel stands out among NFL QB prospects

Dan asked Neuheisel about the quarterback draft class. “I can’t take my eyes off Johnny Manziel,” Neuheisel said. He said that he was impressed by Blake Bortles in his bowl game, he likes Teddy Bridgewater, but Johnny Football really impresses him. He said Derek Carr took a step back in his bowl game against the pressure of USC.
