Rich Eisen on why Pats want to see Manziel
NFL Network host Rich Eisen joined the show to talk about the big stories around the League.
Dan and Eisen had an interesting discussion about the value of Pro Days. Eisen said he doesn’t know how it affects draft status, but it certainly makes for great television.
Eisen explained why the Patriots had Johnny Manziel in for a visit. “Because they want to know what they’re up against,” Eisen said. He said it’s just a competitive advantage.
Eisen also weighed in on why he thinks that Vikings coach Mike Zimmer had an issue with Manzie’s Pro Day. He said that Zimmer is old school.
