Dave Zirin on connection between head injuries and off-field violence
The Nation’s Dave Zirin joined the show to talk about Steve Bisciotti’s press conference and to share his thoughts on the connection between head injuries and violent behavior. Zirin was disappointed in Bisciotti, who he said normally handles these things well. Zirin also made strong comments on head injuries leading to changes in behavior and he’s talked to former players’ wives who said their husbands changed. Zirin thinks in 50 years, the NFL will have a much smaller audience because of this problem.
