Mike Freeman and race and perceptions of Russell Wilson
Bleacher Report’s Mike Freeman joined the show to talk about a note in his column about how some Seahawks have an issue with Russell Wilson, perhaps because “some of the black players think Wilson isn’t black enough.”
Freeman pointed out the difference between Wilson and Colts QB Andrew Luck: “They see him as kind of a teacher’s pet. He’s too corporate. Andrew Luck does the same things … but Russell Wilson is held to a different standard.”
