Tony Dungy on Manziel’s struggles, Mariota’s bright future
Dungy explained that Manziel likely had trouble adjusting to the speed of the game in the NFL. He said the plays that Manziel could do in college “aren’t available in the NFL.”
Dungy also weighed in on Peyton Manning not passing as much. Dungy said that Peyton doesn’t have a problem not passing as much and should be fine with Denver’s more conservative style of late.
Dungy weighed in on Marcus Mariota, who played with his son at Oregon. “I think this is Aaron Rodgers in the waiting,” Dungy said.
