Michael Kay: A-Rod likely won’t even hit 10 HRs this season
Yankees broadcaster Michael Kay joined the show to talk about Alex Rodriguez’s apology and more.
Dan asked Kay if he thinks that A-Rod could hit 20 home runs. “I don’t like his chances of even hitting 10,” Kay said.
Dan asked Kay if he could ask A-Rod one question, what would it be? Kay said it would be simple – “why?” After he won a World Series with the Yankees, what was the point?
Kay said that A-Rod isn’t all bad, but he obviously is very complicated. He said the worst thing that ever happened to A-Rod was the player to his left – Derek Jeter. He never could have overcome that comparison.
