Kerry Wood said he’s reached out to Bartman and wants to apologize
Former Cubs pitcher Kerry Wood joined the show to talk about the World Series and more. Wood talked about Steve Bartman.
“I’ve reached out to him a couple times,” Wood said. “The guy’s life was ruined by two seconds of his life. I don’t blame him. … Let’s win this thing and get him back in it.”
Dan asked what Wood wants to talk with him about. “I wanted to sit down and apologize and hear about his life,” Wood said. “His life was the one that was changed. Not ours.”
