ESPN’s Jason Whitlock joined the show to talk about Ray Rice and Roger Goodell’s actions.
Whitlock said that the NFL should have seen this coming with Goodell — when he took on this dean of punishment role he was setting himself up for failure.
“That videotape for me and a lot of people was more shocking then a lot of people could anticipate,” Whitlock said.
Whitlock agreed with Dan that the video makes a huge difference – just like it did with Rodney King.
Whitlock also weighed in on the Atlanta Hawks situation. He said we all deserve the right to discuss race — and that the owner can discuss race about being inclusive – not exclusive.
