George Karl explains why he’s getting back to coaching
New Sacramento Kings coach George Karl joined the show to talk about why he is coming back to coaching.
“It’s harder for me not to coach,” Karl said. “I’m too antsy. I miss the juice.”
Dan asked what’s the first thing to go with coaching as you get older. Karl said the ability to connect. “As you get older you don’t have as much patience,” Karl said.
Karl had very interesting comments on Klay Thompson. He thinks he’s an all-time top five shooter (along with his teammate Steph Curry).
Karl also said his Tar Heels were robbed last night against Duke.
