Mark Fainaru-Wada joined the show to talk about the Federal government’s decision to drop their case against Barry Bonds.

“They’ve gotten a lot of grief for the case and how long it’s gone one,” Fainaru-Wada said.

Dan asked Fainaru-Wada what Bonds’ defense was.“Basically that he didn’t know what he was taking,” Fainaru-Wada said.

Fainaru-Wada said he probably would not vote for Bonds for the Hall of Fame.
