TBS’ Ron Darling joined the show joined the show to talk about the Mets-Dodger series and more. Darling talked about the beginning of the game when he thought the umpire was warning both teams (turns out it was a phone issue) and how upset that made him.
Darling had interesting comments on Clayton Kershaw. He said that he thinks the Dodgers ace is due to have a big game in the postseason.
Dan asked Darling about today’s radar guns. “Today’s guns are not right,” Darling said. “Nolan Ryan would not hit a 100 on the gun we used those days,” Darling said.
