Hank Aaron isn’t sure he could do what Jackie Robinson did
Hall of Famer Hank Aaron talked about his relationship with Jackie Robinson. Dan asked if he could have done what Robinson did.
“I don’t think so,” Aaron said. “He really went through an awful lot. Anyone who said they could have taken what he eid… I don’t think they understood the things he went through. I had enough problems when I was chasing the Babe’s record. I know that was the tip of the iceberg compared to what he went through.”
