NFL Network host Rich Eisen joined the show to talk about the wild week around the league.

Eisen thinks that the Jets shouldn’t sign cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha, because he’s not worth all the money. He thinks that Asomugha wants to be paid more than Darrelle Revis, and the former Raider has holes in his game.

“I don’t think it’s a good fit,” Eisen said. “Nnamdi basically plays one side of the field. The best part of Revis is you don’t know where he’s going to line up.” Basically, Eisen said that Asomugha will take away some of Rex Ryan’s flexibility.

Eisen noted it’s ironic that Revis’ contract is part of the problem with signing Asomugha. Last year, Asomugha’s contract was the issue holding up Revis’ contract

Eisen also thinks Chad Ochocinco is going to blow up in New England. But he admitted he didn’t know why the Bengals would grant Ochocinco his wish, but not let Carson Palmer go.
