Andrew Luck talks about NFL draft, RGIII and draft strategy
NFL draft prospect Andrew Luck joined the show to talk about his next steps to get ready for the pros.
Luck talked about his surprising results at the 40. He said that was the fastest 40 he’s ever run.
Dan asked how his meeting with the Redskins went. Luck said it was very productive, but he still hopes to be drafted by the Colts. Luck did clarify, the Colts haven’t told him they plan to draft him yet.
Luck commented on Robert Griffin III. He admitted there may be comparisons, but he’s not worried. “I’ve gotten to know Robert pretty well,” Luck said. “I’m a big fan. He’s a great guy.”
Dan gave Luck some advice on how to deal with the draft — do not bring your girlfriend. Luck laughed, but did not commit either way.
