Rick Pitino explains why he’s so relaxed at Final Four
Louisville coach Rick Pitino joined the show to talk about being in the Final Four and more.
Pitino talked about why he seems so loose this year. Pitino said it’s because he realizes the end of his career is going to happen … maybe not today, or tomorrow, but at some point. “I’m just going to enjoy every minute of every second of every day,” Pitino said. “It goes by so fast.”
Pitino said even though they seem loose, the Cardinals want to win it badly.
Dan asked Pitino how we don’t make this story about him vs. John Calipari. “It really has little to do with the coaches,” Pitino said. “The players make the difference in any situation.”
