Olympic gold medalist swimmer Ryan Lochte joined the show to talk about his accomplishments and what’s next.

Lochte recapped his performance. “I had some ups and down this Olympics,” Lochte said. “I had some swims I wish I could have done better.”

Lochte said that he’s going to try to swim more events at the next Olympics. Lochte said he’s going to take three weeks off and then get back into the pool.

Lochte talked about Michael Phelps’ future. He said he’s retiring but sometimes swimmers miss the pool. He said he wants him in the pool in Rio because he’s so great to compete against.

Lochte said his medals are under his mattress in the Olympic Village.
