Warren Sapp says he’ll be the first Hall of Fame bust with braids
NFL Network analyst and brand new Hall of Famer Warren Sapp joined the show to talk about his wild weekend.
Sapp said he didn’t get a phone call. He was watching the NFL Network on television. A friend brought over champagne and he said that he was going to bust him upside the head if he didn’t make it.
Sapp said that he got measured for a bust and he’s going to be the first player with braids on his HOF bust in Canton.
Sapp also weighed in on the Super Bowl. He said if the lights didn’t go out, it would have been a blowout — “it might have been 42-10.
Sapp made a point that we have to get rid of the word “elite” for quarterbacks. He said Joe Flacco is right up there with any other quarterback.
