Memphis Grizzlies coach Lionel Hollins joined the show to talk about the upcoming series against the Spurs.

Hollins talked about how important it was to be a team in the playoffs. “The Miami Heat last year was the best team,” Hollins said. “Nobody could out-team them.”

Hollins also weighed in on how the Spurs have changed through the years and become more perimeter-oriented. “Their style has shifted in the last couple of years, without dominating inside with [Tim] Duncan,” Hollins said.

Hollins explained why he doesn’t have a long-term contract extension as well. A new ownership group came in that didn’t know him.
