Nick Saban answers recent criticism, weighs in on Manziel
Alabama coach Nick Saban joined the show to talk about his offseason and more.
Saban talked about Vandy coach James Franklin calling him Nicky Satan. “People are going to say what they say,” Saban said. “It’s a little disappointing when someone you work with says something.”
But Saban acknowledged that behavior in his program isn’t perfect. “When things go well, we don’t always have our best days as human beings.”
Saban also weighed in on Texas A&M’s Johnny Manziel and how hard he is to defend. Saban said the key is discipline, because Manziel can beat you in multiple ways.
