NBC NFL analyst Tony Dungy joined the show to talk about Week 2 in the NFL and more.
— Dungy weighed in on Robert Griffin III and the Redskins’ struggles.
“I’m seeing a guy who’s not doing the same things he did last year,” Dungy said. “He’s not 100 percent and he’s not presenting the problems he did in the past.”
Dungy said he’s worried about Griffin getting hurt because he’s vulnerable sitting in the pocket. “I think he’s at risk,” Dungy said, “sitting in the pocked. And that’s why I would take him out.”
Dungy thinks Kirk Cousins would give the Redskins a better chance of winning right now.
— Dungy said that if you think Peyton Manning and the Broncos are scary, wait until November. He thinks they’re going to get even better.
