Chandler Jones on Pats’ comeback win, meeting Brady, fighting his brother
New England Patriots defensive end Chandler Jones joining the show to talk about his season and their big comeback win over the Broncos.
Jones said there was yelling in his locker room at halftime — he yelled for one because he was so frustrated. Jones said the win was huge because it showed people at all levels of football that you should never give up.
“I experienced it last year,” Jones said. “It wasn’t that exciting the second time around.”Jones said he does listen to Manning at the line to try to get something that can happen later in the game.
Dan asked Jones how we would do against his brother Jon in the Octagon. “I wouldn’t back down,” Chandler said. Chandler explained that “Bones Jones” came from Jon’s football days because he looked so skinny in his uniform.
Jones also weighed in on Tom Brady’s wardrobe. He said Brady is a well-dressed man, but don’t sleep on Julian Edelman. Jones said Edelman “will go Zoolander” as well.
