Quarterback Baker Mayfield talks about his wild ride to Oklahoma

Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield joined the show to talk about how he walked on to the Sooners and his big win over Tennessee.

Mayfield explained why he left Texas Tech and just showed up at Oklahoma. “It was a pretty crazy ride,” Mayfield said. “I’m glad it ended here.”

Mayfield, however, did discuss his confidence … bordering on cocky. He doesn’t lack in confidence and doesn’t apologize for that.

Mayfield also admitted his girlfriend went to Oklahoma State … which is bad, but better than Texas.
